(Oral) Petitioner is seeking direction to respondent No. 2 to allow him to make correction in the column of Social Economic Crtiera at Sr. No. 1 in the application form for the post of Male Constable. On 20.02.2019, this Court passed the following order:- "Petitioner is participating in the selection process for the post of Constable (Male) under SC category pursuant to advertisement dated 16.04.2018 (Annexure P-1). He has qualified the written examination and participated in the Physical Screening Test as well. His grievance is that in the application form, inadvertently, he has mentioned that his family members were employed in Govt. job. With regard to his grievance, petitioner made a representation dated 24.01.2019 (Annexure P-11) and affidavit dated 05.02.2019 (Annexure P5). CWP No. 4436-2019 petitioner is entitled for 05 marks under the Socio-Economic criteria.

In the meantime, respondents shall consider awarding of 05marks to the petitioner under the Socio-Economic criteria in the interview, subject to the condition that the petitioner will produce the eligibility certificate from the Tehsildar." Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has seen his individual result and the petitioner has been awarded total 56.20 marks which includes 05 marks under Socio-Economic criteria.
