Through the instant petition, the petitioner has sought the concession of regular bail, in FIR No.180 dated 17.11.2023, under Sections 307, 436, 34 of the IPC, registered at P.S. Division No.7, Jalandhar.

At the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that since the petitioner has already been released on default bail by the learned Magistrate concerned, vide order dated 28.02.2024, therefore, the instant petition becomes infructuous. 3.
In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed, as having been rendered infructuous.
