However, as per the report received from the learned Illaqa Magistrate there has been non-compliance of the order dated 20.02.2024 inasmuch as the parties have not appeared to get their statements recorded despite the learned Court below having adjourned the matter twice. A perusal of the previous order reveals that none had entered appearance on behalf of the petitioner. 2.
