This petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for quashing the order dated 21.08.1995, passed by learned Collector, Ferozepur (Annexure P-1).

A perusal of the order sheets reveal that there has been no representation on behalf of the petitioners from the last four occasions i.e. 30.10.2023, 04.01.2024, 30.01.2024 and 24.04.2024. 3.
Today also none has appeared on behalf of the petitioners. It appears that the petitioners are no more interested in pursuing the present petition.

In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
