(ORAL) Cost of 10,000/- has already been paid by the respondents in compliance of the order dated 09.03.2026.

This petition was filed under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for punishing the respondents for disobeying the order dated 01.12.2025 passed in CWP-35495-2025 (Annexure P1), whereby this Court had directed the respondents to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 18.11.2025.

Learned counsel for the respondents has placed on record compliance report by way of an affidavit of Ms. Anupma Malik, Estate Officer-II, HSVP, Gurugram, along with order dated 25.03.2026 passed by the Administrator, HSVP, Gurugram, submitting that the order dated 01.12.2025 (Annexure P1) has already been complied with, as the representation of the petitioner has been decided vide order dated 25.03.2026. Compliance report is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the aforesaid circumstances, the present petition has been rendered infructuous and therefore, he be permitted to withdraw the same with liberty to challenge the order dated 25.03.2026, rejecting the representation. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the present petition is hereby disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to assail the order dated 25.03.2026.
