H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the appellant states that despite his best efforts, he has not been able to contact his client to file appropriate application for impleading LR's of respondent. Despite a specific order passed in that regard on 17.12.2019, as well as on 23.1.2020, no steps in that regard have been taken.

Under the circumstances, the appeal stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
