(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner, in a case arising out of FIR No. 12 dated 27.01.2015, registered at Police Station City Gurdaspur, District Gurdaspur, who has been booked for having committed the offence punishable under Section 302/376/404 IPC. Learned State counsel on instruction states that all 23 prosecution witnesses have been examined.

Learned counsel for the petitioner on the other hand states that an application under Section 311 Cr.P.C has been moved. Keeping in view the fact that the trial is at the fag end and there are serious allegations against the petitioner that he raped and murdered the deceased as she was found dead in the hotel, which was booked in the name of the petitioner, no ground is made out for grant of regular bail to the petitioner. Dismissed.
