(ORAL) This appeal is against the order dated 9.3.2015 by which complaint filed by the appellant under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC against respondents No. 2 and 3 was dismissed by the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Narnaul and as a result thereof, they were acquitted.

Learned counsel for the appellant has submitted that since a compromise has been arrived at between the parties, therefore, he does not want to press this appeal and has prayed for withdrawal of the same. On his request, the appeal is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.
