Workman - Vijay Singh (petitioner herein) has filed the present writ petition by challenging the award dated 15.03.1995 (Annexure P-4), whereby, industrial dispute raised by him vide Reference No.286/88, under Section 10(1)(C) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (in short, 'ID Act'), through demand notice dated 19.10.1982, has been answered against him. 2.

As per office report, counsel for the petitioner has been informed through email, however, no one is present in Court on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, this Court is left with no other option except to dispose of the writ petition for want of prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for want of prosecution.

However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to move an appropriate application for seeking revival of the present writ petition, within eight weeks from today, in case, any substantive issue still exists along with a cause of action to the petitioners.
