RITU BAHRI, J.(Oral) The petitioner is seeking direction to the respondents to grant him benefit of selection grade w.e.ef 01.01.1996 instead of 06.09.2000 with all consequential benefits, in view of CWP No. 9347-2016, decided on 20.02.2017 (P-8) In this regard, petitioner has given legal notice dated 16.11.2018 (P-9) but no action has been taken till date. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of by giving a direction to the respondents to decide legal notice dated 16.11.2018 (P-9) of the petitioner, keeping in view the judgment/order (P-8 and P-10). This exercise shall be completed within a period of four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
