       Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.401 dated 24.11.2020, registered at Police Station Jandiala, Amritsar Rural, under Section 61 of the Punjab Excise Act, 1914.

Vide order dated 07.03.2022 passed by this Court, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join the investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Sardul Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is now not required for any further investigation.

In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 07.03.2022 AMAN JAIN 2022.05.19 18:18 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
