(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of FIR No.81 dated 20.5.2019 (Annexure P-1) under Sections 363, 366-A and 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Kamboj and all the consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 05.10.2023 (Annexure P-2) effected between the parties.

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Manjeet Singh, submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous as the cancellation report was filed in the above said FIR, which was accepted by the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Presiding Officer, National Lok Adalat, Amritsar on 12.03.2022. The present petition has been filed after passing of the order dated 12.03.2022.
