NAMIT KUMAR J. (Oral) Prayer in this writ petition filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari, quashing the order dated 03.04.1996. It has been brought to the notice of the Court that respondents No.3 and 4 i.e. the contesting respondents have died and their legal representatives have not been brought on record. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall not press the present petition, at this stage, however liberty may be granted to revive the present petition in case the legal representatives of respondents No.3 and 4, initiate any action for implementation of the impugned order dated 03.04.1996 (Annexure P9), passed by Additional Registrar (Credit), Cooperative Societies, Punjab, Chandigarh.

Disposed of with aforesaid liberty.
