For the reasons stated in the application which is supported by an affidavit, the same is allowed and the main case is taken up today for hearing.

CR-7353-2019 (O&M) Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that since the main suit has been decreed ex parte with costs, vide judgment and decree dated 03.12.2021, passed by the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Division), (NRI Court), Jalandhar, this petition may be disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
