RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. praying for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.105 of 2022, dated 21.09.2022, under Section 306 IPC, registered at Satnampura Police Station, Kapurthala.

Counsels for the petitioner pray for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Sessions Court at the first instance for redressal of his grievances. Allowed as prayed for.
