Main case Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail on behalf of accused petitioner Manpreet Singh in case FIR no.7 dated 9.1.2016 under Sections 336,323, 506,148,149 IPC and Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act,PS Badhni Kalan,Distt.Moga.

As per version of the injured complainant Gurmit Singh @ Garry on 7.1.2016 at around 4.30 pm, the petitioner accused Manpreet Singh armed with a .32 bore pistol alongwith five other co-accused fully armed launched an attack on the complainant. CRM-M 14687/2016(O&M) accused, he inflicted three blows at him hitting below the knees of both the legs. The motive is previous scuffle between the complainant and petitioner-accused.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of previous scuffle false allegations have been levelled. From the MLR(P-3), it is apparent that the injured complainant was examined at 6 O' clock on the same day i.e. 7.1.2016 at CHC Dudhike,Moga and the ocular version is fully corroborated by the medical evidence. In the light of manner and nature of the injuries inflicted, no case for grant of anticipatory bail is made out. Dismissed.
