RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through instant petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in a case arising from FIR No.25 dated 26.03.2014 registered under Section 22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station Bakshiwala, District Patiala.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Jagir Singh, contends that out of total 16 witnesses, only one remains to be examined. In view of above, the trial is going to be matured very soon. Therefore, the petition is dismissed.
