Through this writ petition, the petitioner prays for the following substantive relief:- "i) for the issuance of a order, direction or a writ especially in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to allow to the petitioner for scrutiny of documents for the post of art and craft teachers against advertisement no. 6/2006 was issued by Haryana Staff Selection Commission (for short "the Commission") on 20.07.2006 (Annexure P-1) as the petitioner belong to BCA category and having 55% in written examination whereas the minimum qualifying marks for the candidate of General category with 50% marks, SC/BC with 45%, ESM with 40% and DESM and OSP as per their categories dated DEEPAK KUMAR BHARDWAJ 2021.03.03 14:52 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Civil Writ Petition No. 5098 of 2021 28.12.2020 is enclosed herewith as Annexure P/2". The petitioner applied for appointment to the post of Art & Craft Teacher, pursuant to recruitment notice, issued by the Haryana Staff Selection Commission, on 20.07.2006. There was a lot of litigation with regard to the correctness of the selection and ultimately, the Court held that the respondent-Commission is required to carry out fresh selection. Pursuant thereto, a written test has been held and the petitioner claims that she was declared successful. However, the petitioner states that she has wrongly been excluded from scrutiny of the documents, which is taking place at this moment.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts and without going into the merits of the case, it is considered appropriate to direct the Secretary, Haryana Staff Selection Commission, to consider the case of the petitioner after granting her an opportunity of hearing. It is expected that a speaking order, supported by the reasons, will be passed if the claim of the petitioner is to be rejected. Let the needful be done within a period of 15 days from today. The petitioner undertakes to appear before the Secretary, Haryana Staff Selection Commission on 05.03.2021 at 10.30 A.M. With the observations made above, the writ petition is disposed of.
