**** RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK J. (ORAL) Petitioners seek quashing of FIR No. 114 dated 3.11.2012 under Sections 307/336/506/148/149 IPC and Sections 25/27/54/59 of the Arms Act, registered at Police Station Kulgarhi, District Ferozepur.

After arguing the case for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioners to raise all possible pleas available to them before the learned trial court, at appropriate stage of trial.

Permission is granted.
