H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of a direction to respondents No. 1 to 4, to lodge an FIR against respondents No. 5 and 6, under the relevant provisions of IPC, on the basis of complaint dated 22.12.2017.

In view of the ratio of authority Sakiri Vasu vs. State of U.P. and others 2008 (1) RCR (Criminal) 392, the petitioner is relegated to the remedy of approaching the Judicial Magistrate under Section 156 (3) Cr.P.C. for that purpose.

The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
