(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have joined the proceedings and the same has been affirmed by learned Sate counsel on instructions from ASI Kulwinder Singh. Learned State counsel also submits that challan has been presented and one PW has also been examined.

In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, interim order dated 01.08.2018 passed by this Court in favour of the petitioners is made absolute.

Petition is disposed of accordingly.
