Learned counsel for petitioners submits that order dated 23.09.2019 passed in CM-8352-CI-2019 filed in RFA-599-2019 has not been complied with by the respondents.

The legal remedy for execution of aforesaid order is available with petitioners, which is stated to have been availed by them, as such, no reason is made out to initiate proceedings against the respondents under the Contempt of Courts Act.

Dismissed.
