(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for quashing the FIR No.166 dated 24.12.2008 (Annexure P12) registered under Sections 465, 468, 471 IPC at Police Station Bhikhi, District Mansa and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

As per the status report filed by Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub - Division Mansa, the case is now fixed for 14.11.2017 for recording the defence evidence.

Counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present petition, at this stage, with liberty to take all pleas/defences before the trial Court at appropriate stage.
