(Oral) Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Julundar Singh submits that cancellation report has been prepared and the same has been approved by the Senior Superintendent of Police and would be shortly presented before the Magistrate. In view of the above, no further indulgence of this Court is required and the instant petition is disposed of as such. However, it is directed that the needful be done within one month.
