(Oral) Prayer in the instant petition is made under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of direction to respondents no. 1 to 4 for conducting fair and impartial inquiry into the complaint filed by the petitioner by an officer not less than the rank of Senior Superintendent of Police .

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Balwinder Singh submits that FIR No. 47 dated 11.05.2015 for offences under Sections 326, 324 and 34 of Indian Penal Code (IPC) Police Station Sadar, Nawanshahr, has since been registered.
