This petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is filed seeking regular bail in FIR No. 120, dated 12th June, 2021 under Section 21 (Section 29 was added later on) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station City Rupnagar, District Rupnagar.

After arguing for sometime and realizing that this Court is not inclined to grant bail, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition at this stage. Dismissed as withdrawn.
