(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners, in case, FIR no.77, dated 11.09.2016, registered under Sections 379-B, 411 and 34 IPC, Police Station Bholath, District Kapurthala, Punjab. The petitioners are facing trial in aforesaid FIR. On 25.01.2019, petitioners absented. Therefore, the trial court cancelling their bail bonds and surety bonds ordered for their arrest through nonbailable warrants. Heard.

The trial court is directed to proceed against the petitioners under Section 446 Cr.P.C. Disposed of.
