(Oral) A prayer has been made for directing the Principal Judge, Family Court, Yamuna Nagar at Jagadhri, to decide the application filed by the petitioner for interim maintenance which is pending since 29.07.2019. Learned counsel submits that the next date in the aforesaid application is 26.04.2022.

In view of the limited prayer, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to endeavour to decide the aforementioned application for interim maintenance filed under Section 125 Cr.P.C. by the petitioner expeditiously, preferably on the next date of hearing in accordance with the provisions of law.
