(ORAL) In compliance of the orders dated 21.5.2015 and 14.7.2015, copy of enquiry report dated 4.12.2014, filed by the learned counsel for the State in the Court today, is taken on record. Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Sewa Singh, submits that after conducting an effective investigation, final report under Section 173 (2) has already been presented before the learned court of competent jurisdiction on 28.7.2015 against Amritpal-respondent No.4, who is a proclaimed offender. He further submits that since investigation has already been concluded and challan has also been presented, present petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of, as such.
