This is a petition preferred by the petitioner under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking pre-arrest bail in case FIR No.9 dated February 15, 2016 under Sections 489-A, 489-B, 489-C, 420 IPC, Police Station, Rureke Kalan, District Barnala.

While issuing notice of motion, following order was passed by a coordinate Bench of this court on March 31, 2016:- Avin Kumar 2016.07.18 11:24 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Crl. Misc. No.M-11028 of 2016 [2] "Petitioner seeks the concession of pre-arrest bail in a case registered on the basis of secret information against Jagdeep Singh @ Rocky.

It is claimed that no recovery of any counterfeit currency was effected from the petitioner but he has been involved in the case on the basis of statement of his co-accused Jagdeep Singh. Notice to Advocate General, Punjab, for July 7, 2016. Meanwhile, an interim direction is issued that the petitioner will join investigation on April 16, 2016 or any other day as required by the investigating agency and in case of his doing so, he will be released on interim bail to the satisfaction of the arresting officer. The report regarding the antecedents of the petitioner by submitted by the investigating officer by next date of hearing." 3.

Learned State counsel has submitted that in compliance of order dated March 31, 2016, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further interrogation.
