As per office report, notices issued to the respondents received back with the report that respondent Nos.1 and 4 unserved for want of correct address, while No.2 had died and No.3 duly served. Despite service, none has put in appearance on behalf of respondent No.3. 2.

The appeal pertains to the year 1989, there is no record of it available in the Registry as also with the appellant. 3.

In view of the above, there is no option but to dismiss the present appeal for want of prosecution, however, reserving with the parties, a liberty to get the same revived.
