Complaint NCB Crime No.54 dated 23.08.2022, under Sections 8, 20, 25, 28, 29, 60 and 62 of NDPS Act, registered at Police Station NCB Chandigarh Seeking regular bail in the complaint case captioned above, the petitioner has come up before this Court under Section 439, Cr.P.C.. 2.

Counsel for the respondent submits that the petitioner is already on interim bail till 27.01.2025 on the ground of medical treatment of his wife. He further submits that let the petitioner first surrender and then file a regular bail petition as he is already out of jail.

I find merit in the submissions so made by the counsel for the respondent-UOI. 4.

Given above, the present petition is disposed of with liberty reserved to the petitioner to file fresh after the petitioner surrenders. It is clarified that filing and withdrawal of the present petition shall not come in the petitioner's way. All pending application(s), if any, stand disposed of.
