ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) In view of Para 9 of the compliance affidavit filed on behalf of respondent/Vice Chancellor, Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra, it is stated that the order is passed on 18.07.2023, refixing the pay of the petitioners in terms of the judgment passed by the Writ Court, subject to final decision of the LPA/the approval received from the State Government.

Similar stand is taken by the Additional Chief Secretary to Government of Haryana, Finance Department, to submit that the order dated 23.04.2019 passed in CWP No.5374 of 2016 and CWP No.6717 of 2016, is implemented subject to final outcome of the pending LPA No.131 of 2021 and LPA No.787 of 2021.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
