Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Rajkumar, Police Station Woman, Ludhiana, submits that since FIR has already been registered in the present case, present petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of, as such. The abovesaid statement made by learned counsel for the State could not be denied by the learned counsel for the petitioner and rightly so, because it was a matter of record.
In view of the above, present petition is disposed of, as having been rendered infructuous.
