This is petition under Section 482 Code of Criminal Procedure seeking direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to register FIR against private respondents for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 read with Section 120-B Indian Penal Code.

Heard.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has filed complaint before the police on 08.02.2017 but no action has been taken so far by the police.

Alternate legal remedy is available to the petitioner which he can avail by filing application u/s 156(3) Cr.P.C. or complaint, if so desired. This petition has no merits.

Dismissed.
