(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner-Simarjeet Kaur, in FIR No. 102 dated 19.05.2018 under Sections 34, 420, 467, 468, 471, 506 of IPC, registered at Police Station Kalan Wali, District Sirsa. Learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 01.03.2019, passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of.
