***** SUDHIR SINGH, J. (ORAL) Appeal herein is, inter alia, to set aside the impugned judgment and decree dated 30.01.2024 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Kaithal whereby marriage between the parties was dissolved by a decree of divorce on the basis of mutual consent.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for appellant seeks to withdraw the present appeal in light of Section 19(2) of the Family Courts Act, 1984 with liberty to make an appropriate application before the Court of competent jurisdiction.

Dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. 4.
