SUVIR SEHGAL, J. (Oral) The Court has been convened through video conferencing due to Covid-19 pandemic.

Through the instant petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No.140 dated 10.12.2018 registered under Sections 420, 489-A, 489-B, 489-C and 489-D of Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station City-I, Mansa, District Mansa.

On 19.02.2020, the following order was passed:- "Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had been granted bail vide order dated 31.01.2019 (AnnexureP-2) and thereafter he has been appearing on each and every date. Challan was presented on 13.12.2019 (Annexure P-3) and SAVITA KADIAN 2021.07.09 16:06 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document High Court Chandigarh

CRM-M-7368 of 2020 {2} thereafter, the proceedings were adjourned to 03.02.2020, on which date he could not appear due to noting of wrong date. The trial court cancelled his bail vide order dated 03.02.2020 (Annexure P-4) and issued summons for his appearance through non-bailable warrant for 06.04.2020.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner will surrender before the trial court and join the proceedings. Notice of motion for 17.04.2020.

The petitioner is directed to surrender before the trial Court within a period of two weeks from today and upon his surrender, he will be released on interim bail to the satisfaction of the trial court."

Counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dated 19.02.2020, the petitioner has surrendered before the trial Court and has been released on bail.

Petition is disposed of.
