By way of filing instant petition, petitioner seeks a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to issue/release the result of the petitioner, who has already cleared the required exams and interview besides the medical test. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that at this juncture the petitioner would be satisfied in case a direction is issued to respondent No.5-Regional Director, North West Regional Office, Staff Selection Commission to look into the matter and take a decision with respect to the claim raised by the petitioner in the present writ petition by treating the same as a representation.

Notice of motion.

Mrs. Anita Balyan, Advocate enters appearance and accepts notice on behalf of respondents-UOI. She submits that she has no objection to the aforesaid prayer being granted.

Accordingly, with the consent of the parties and without commenting upon the merits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction MANOJ KUMAR 2025.02.19 02:06 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order to respondent No.5 to decide the claim raised by the petitioner in the present writ

CWP No.4360-2025 petition by treating the same as a representation and to pass a speaking and reasoned order thereupon in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and a copy of present petition along with accompanying Annexures, after granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
