(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for seeking issuance of appropriate and necessary directions to the respondents No. 2 and 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner from the hands of respondent No.6; or issuance of directions to respondents No.3 and 4 to submit the status report in the S.I.T. constituted by respondent No.3 as well as conclusion report of respondent No.4.

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Jatinder Singh, submits that as per report dated 06.07.2020 received from the Punjab State Co-op Supply & Marketing Federation Ltd. (MARKFED), it is stated as under:- "it is to inform that the Markfed Sexual Harassment DIVYANSHI 2024.07.31 10:40 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M-7636-2019 (O&M) -2 - Committee in its enquiry report clearly stated that the allegation as mentioned in the complaint submitted by above complainant could not be proved. The committee further stated that since the respondent is not found guilty, so no action is recommended to be taken against him. It is also prudent to mention here that even the complainant was provided copy of report and she did not representated against the same."

A copy of the said report is taken on record. In view of the above, learned proxy counsel for the petitioner submits that no further directions are required to be issued as the petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of as such.

Ordered accordingly.
