(Oral) Reply by way of affidavit of ASI Virender Singh filed in the Court is taken on record and as per the reply, out of 24 prosecution witnesses cited in the report under Section 173 Cr.P.C., 19 PWs have been examined and 05 prosecution witnesses have been given up and the prosecution evidence has been closed. The case is now fixed for defence evidence and arguments for 16.11.2018 before the Additional Sessions Judge, Rewari.

In view of the above, counsel for the petitioner does not press the present petition at this stage.

Disposed of accordingly.
