Kewal Singh and Ors. Under Sections 452/323/324/380/427/506 IPC pending in the court of JMIC, Jalandhar as well as summoning order dated 09.4.2010 whereby the petitioners have been summoned to face trial. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the parties are agreed that the main case is at the fag end and in these circumstances, present petition is rendered infructuous.
