Petitioner has been attributed a single blow with a sharp object i.e. a car key on the chest of the complainant who had asked present accused not to abuse a shopkeeper.

Vide order dated 13.1.2016 notice of motion was issued and petitioner was directed to join investigation. At the time of hearing,learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the said order, petitioner has joined investigation and no further recovery is to be effected from him.
