(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner Surender Kumar in case FIR No.23 dated 25.01.2018 registered under Sections 418, 427, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC at Police Station Barwala, District Hisar. Learned State counsel has verified that \original documents, which were required to be produced by the petitioner, are lying on the Court file of FIR No.21 dated 21.03.2016 registered under Sections 7 and 8 read with Section 13(1)(d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 pertaining to Police Station State Vigilance Bureau, Hisar. In view of above, order dated 27.03.2018 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court is made absolute. Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
