(Oral) Neither the petitioner is present nor in terms of the last order dated 09.03.2023, he has filed the specific affidavit that the demolition was done from Khasra No.3637/234, which is a different khasra number than Khasra No.3638/234 and 235. Counsel for respondents No.1 to 4 submits that this land is different and there is no violation of the order of the Court. Since there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner and even the affidavit has not been filed, the present petition is dismissed.
