Tribhuvan Dahiya, J. (Oral) The petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to grant the petitioners 3rd ACP Scale of ` 32,100 on Class IV post on rendering twenty four years of service. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that grievance raised herein is pending for appropriate decision before the respondents. At this stage, the petitioners will be satisfied in case first respondent is directed to decide the legal notice, dated 05.11.2024, Annexure P-3, in a specified period. 3.

Mr. Rohit Arya, DAG, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of respondents/State and submits that the legal notice, dated 05.11.2024, will be decided by respondent no.1-Director, Secondary Education, by passing a speaking order in accordance with law, within three months. 5.
