(Oral) The limited prayer in this revision petition for issuance of a direction to the trial Court to decide the application under Order 39 Rules 1 & 2 CPC filed by the plaintiffs, who are revision petitioners before this Court, in a suit filed by them against Punjab State Power Corporation Limited and another. It is stated that the defendants have since been proceeded against ex parte in that suit. Copies of interim orders in that regard had been attached.

At this stage, Mr. Karan Kaushal, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of respondent No.1.

Under the circumstances, the revision petition is disposed of directing the trial Court to decide the application under Order 39 Rules 1 & 2 CPC, in accordance with law, expeditiously. ( H.S.
