**** RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK J. (ORAL) Petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in FIR No. 200 dated 6.12.2007 under Sections 304-A/279/337/338/427 IPC, registered at Police Station Sadar, District Tarn Taran.
In compliance of the order dated 30.3.2015 passed by this Court, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that copy branch of the learned trial court has pointed out on 1.5.2015, that copy of the order dated 3.10.2012 passed by the learned trial court, declaring the petitioner as proclaimed offender, is not traceable. Faced with the above, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is ready and willing to surrender before the learned trial court and it may be directed to consider the bail application of the petitioner sympathetically and decide the same at an early date.

CRM-M-10122 of 2015 Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, lest it should prejudice the rights of either of the parties, petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned trial court within 10 days from today. On his surrender, bail application of the petitioner shall be considered sympathetically, deciding the same at an early date by passing an appropriate order thereon, strictly in accordance with law. Petitioner will be at liberty to bring all the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case to the notice of the learned trial court. Disposed of, accordingly.
