This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No. 322 dated 03.09.2014 under Sections 341, 323, 324, 354, 325, 326, 34 IPC at Police Station Civil Lines, district Amritsar City.

Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to order dated April 20, 2015, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation. In view of the above, order dated April 20, 2015 is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
