" Report dated 04.08.2015 of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Rohtak has been received whereby after recording statements of complainant Santosh and the accused Suresh, the Court has shown its satisfaction that the compromise is genuine and has been arrived at voluntarily, out of free will of the parties, without any undue influence, coercion or pressure.

   In the light of the satisfaction shown by the Court, the fact that offences for which the accused has been hauled up are not of heinous nature, together with the fact that compromise will go a long way in ironing out differences for betterment of future life of the parties and in view of the law laid down in %&'(#&()*+#,',- .(/'0 '(1 '(,*-2!  3   2&4&('5 3 and %6.57&(1-2 #&()* '(1 ,*-28 + #,',-  .(/'0 '(1 '(,*-2! 9   

2&4&('5  $ the prayer made in the petition is allowed, proceedings by way of FIR No.11 dated 07.01.2015 registered at Police Station Sadar Rohtak under Sections 354/452 IPC and all consequences arising out of the said FIR are quashed. The petition stands allowed in those terms.
